I have been watching Guiding Light since my mother listened to it on the radio while she was pregnant with me!!!

I love All My Children, and got addicted to One Life to Live because what was I going to do for that hour in between??

Susan Lucci has always been my hero. I have brown hair and brown eyes and it is good to have a role model that you don't have to be a blonde to be glamorous.

Right now, I am in love with Caitlin Van Zandt. I can't imagine having to go through all your personal business on screen. I am proud of her for making her life choices and wow I have respect for her. She is really strong. I look forward to hearing how it goes and how you are inspiring so amny people. So you go girl and we are all here for you!!

I love the entertainment value of Soaps. I also love when they take on social issues. I also love that sometimes they don't take themselves so seriously. Guiding Light has taken on this new look in the taping and camera work. I can't say I am a fan. It is hard to watch. I wish they would work on the background noise it is distracting.........I still watch. I just tape it then I watch a bunch in a row and forget what good filming looks like. I do love the show and think it was smart to make the move, but it needs work. I think my sister has given it up altogether though.
